Emina Poricanin

Founder & Board Chair

Emina Poricanin is an attorney, CEO, and Managing Partner of a prominent law firm and company, with a career defined by fierce advocacy and strategic leadership. A global voice for child protection in war-torn regions, she founded Aid for Children of War, Inc. after witnessing the devastating toll of conflict on families and children.

With a background in law and a long-standing commitment to humanitarian justice, Emina leads the organization with empathy, clarity of vision, and relentless purpose. Her legal expertise, combined with her global perspective, drives her mission to deliver lifesaving support, restore hope, and protect the rights of children caught in crisis.

Irisi Dulo

Board Member

Irisi is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and mother of two with over 15 years of experience in medical billing, compliance, and home care operations. As Chief Operating Officer/Owner at AZ Billing LLC and former Chief Compliance Officer at Principle Home Care and Mrs. G’s Services, she has played a critical role in building systems that deliver reliable, compliant, and accessible care to vulnerable populations.


As a member of Women Business Leaders in Health Care (WBL), she is deeply committed to service and equity. Her work aligns powerfully with our mission to protect, support, and restore the lives of children impacted by war, displacement, and crisis.


Born in Albania and raised in Italy, Irisi is fluent in both Italian and Albanian. Her multicultural upbringing gives her a unique global perspective and brings a multicultural, international perspective to every endeavor. Now based in the United States, she balances leadership in the healthcare sector with her passion for humanitarian causes.

Katherine Crespo

Board Member

Katherine Crespo is a 33-year-old professional who has spent the past six years working in the healthcare sector. She is a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters who inspire her every day to grow, lead, and make a positive impact in the world. Katherine is an avid reader who enjoys continuously learning new things and expanding her knowledge.

She is deeply passionate about helping others and believes strongly in serving her community with compassion and integrity. Guided by her love for Jesus and her faith, Katherine strives to make the world a better place through kindness, dedication, and purpose.
